Reasons why Rayna's so cute

1. When she's tired she finds her blanket, lays it down wherever the heck she wants, and gets comfy. Haha! She does this all the time, but not usually across the threshold to the patio.

2. She loves her people! Even the ones she doesn't see every day. She knows her grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts and uncles, and our friends pretty well, and she loves them all! She's eating an Oreo with my grandpa.

3. She makes the funniest requests. A poptart for each hand. Please.

4. She says words! Obviously not captured by this picture, but she was popping up over the edge and calling out, "HI!" to everyone every few seconds. She can also say: kitty, ball, dada, mama, grandma (more like MAma). She tries to say (and by tries I mean she says it, but unless you're me or Bowman you might not understand): shoes, juice, thank you, and treat. She also signs: please and more.

5. She smiles for the camera! This was a full-on "cheese" smile when Bowman pulled out the camera. She was looking for Easter eggs with our neighbor.

6. She doesn't mess around when it comes to good food. Bowman set up this Easter egg hunt, but couldn't remember where he hid the last egg. A couple days later, we found a suspiciously silent Rayna on the floor in the kitchen with the lost egg, now opened, and five Cadbury mini eggs stuffed in her cheeks. Don't tell me you'd have done it differently!
